About The Role
Are you ready to step into a key procurement role supporting some of the City's most impactful projects? We’re currently seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team on a 6-month contract supporting the City Life division. This is an excellent opportunity for internal staff looking to broaden their skills or take the next step in their career.

This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.

About The Role

As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll work alongside a Procurement Business Partner to:
- assist with procurement activities across a diverse range of projects, including high-value and community-focused initiatives
- support the preparation and evaluation of tenders, quotations and expressions of interest
- provide input into procurement strategy, contract development and risk management
- contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement practices and deliver value-for-money outcomes.
- tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- strong working knowledge of procurement legislation, tendering processes, and contract management
- proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities
- a solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes for our community.
