Your Why

This role reports directly to the Head of Lending Assessment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review financial positions for Home Loan applications.
  • Act as the point of contact between Brokers, Clients, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Assist with testing new products and technology enhancements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster advocacy.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and communicate potential risks.
  • Conduct quality checks.
  • Review and improve customer experience criteria.
  • Contribute to the Quality framework development.

Your Experience:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Analytical Skills
  • DCA/ Underwriting Authority
  • Experience with Microsoft suite, Slack and Confluence (or other collaboration tools)
