Your Why

Key Responsibilities
- Review financial positions for Home Loan applications.
- Act as the point of contact between Brokers, Clients, and stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Assist with testing new products and technology enhancements.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and foster advocacy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and communicate potential risks.
- Conduct quality checks.
- Review and improve customer experience criteria.
- Contribute to the Quality framework development.
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical Skills
- DCA/ Underwriting Authority
- Experience with Microsoft suite, Slack and Confluence (or other collaboration tools)
