About The Role

As Manager, Finance & Administration, you'll oversee all financial and administrative functions, including budgeting, procurement, project finance, grants management, and oversight of commercial activities such as catering and retail. You’ll bring your strategic thinking, systems knowledge, and people leadership to ensure operations run smoothly and are continuously improving.

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in government finance, administration, or commercial enterprise management
  • Strong knowledge of public sector budgeting and accounting
  • Experience in managing grants, financial reporting, procurement, and contracts
  • Leadership skills with a proven ability to support, guide, and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A passion for working in a purpose-led, community-oriented environment
