What’s the opportunity?
As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy—identifying, engaging, and converting mid-to-large market prospects into long-term strategic clients. Your mission: drive new revenue and build enduring partnerships within the IT certification and professional learning space.

What will you do?

    Identify & Prospect: Strategically target and qualify high-value enterprise and government prospects.

    Solution Selling: Align our IT certification and upskilling solutions with client pain points (AWS, Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.).

    Relationship Building: Engage and influence C-suite, IT, HR, L&D, and procurement stakeholders.

    Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle—develop account plans, craft proposals, negotiate and close deals.

    Market Engagement: Attend industry events, leverage market insights, and promote our value proposition.

    Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

    Performance Reporting: Set and track revenue targets, and report on key business development metrics
What you'll bring
Knowledge & Skills:

    Strong understanding of business procurement, sales methodologies, and CRM tools (MS Dynamics preferred).

    Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other productivity platforms.

    Commercial and technical knowledge of IT/cloud technologies and learning solutions
Experience:

    Minimum 2+ years in a business development role, targeting mid to large-market clients.

    Proven track record of acquiring net new logos through strategic outreach.

    Experience working within IT, cloud, or professional training industries.

    Demonstrable experience in value-based sales, TAS, and stakeholder mapping.

    A strong existing network in IT/HR/L&D is highly desirable
