About The Role
As we expand into Victoria, this is a key leadership role responsible for driving performance, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience is delivered consistently across your region.
You’ll play a hands-on role in coaching Store Managers, embedding operational excellence, and fostering a values-led culture that inspires your teams to achieve results and thrive. From launching new locations to refining store performance, you’ll be instrumental in shaping how we grow and show up for our people and customers in Victoria.
