As a Technical Lead, you’ll shape our technical vision, champion engineering excellence, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions. This role is key to driving innovation and aligning technology with our mission to simplify and automate business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define technical direction, architecture, and standards for projects.
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect to ensure architectural alignment.
• Maintain code quality through reviews and best practices.
• Mentor engineers and support their technical growth.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Partner with product and design teams to align solutions with business goals.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and building scalable systems.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to set technical direction and foster team collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for diagnosing complex issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

Desirable Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js.
• Familiarity with testing and UI tools like Playwright, Vitest, and Storybook.
• Experience with CI-CD pipelines and containerization technologies e.g., Docker, Kubernetes.
