We’re looking for a contractor to join our Consumer Operations team to support the analytics and implementation of consumer growth initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work with large quantities of data to help strategise and deploy large scale consumer growth campaigns across Australia & New Zealand.


Role: Marketing Analytics & Ops Associate

Location: Sydney - hybrid setup

Start Date: ASAP

Pay rate: $37.66p/hr + super

Shift times: Monday - Friday; 9am - 5pm

Uniform: Casual, wear whatever you're comfortable in!


What You’ll Do:

  • Build consumer intelligence, helping us understand where new growth opportunities lie, how different consumer segments behave, and how our growth initiatives perform.
  • Execute analytical deep dives, identifying insights to help inform our growth strategy.
  • Support and own consumer campaigns, including the development and deployment of new acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Be hands-on with our internal martech tools to segment audiences and run targeted initiatives.
  • Provide timely reporting on growth campaigns to support future optimisation and decision-making.


What You’ll Need:

  • 1-3 Operations or marketing experience
  • Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly
  • Hands-on analytics experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Ability to own projects and work autonomously
  • Experience working with data and spreadsheets
  • Experience working with SQL preferred
  • Experience working CRM platforms (e.g. Adobe Stack) preferred
  • Passion for online retail, ecommerce and tech
