This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. What You Will Be Doing
- Architect and implement AI-driven systems that automate and optimize complex software development processes, enhancing efficiency and innovation.
- Lead research initiatives and collaborate with thought leaders in AI and software engineering to stay ahead of technological advancements.
- Drive strategic AI projects from conception to execution, delivering groundbreaking solutions that set new industry standards.
- Engaging in routine code maintenance or debugging tasks.
- Performing basic, non-AI integrated software development tasks.

Basic Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a software engineer implementing significant initiatives.
- Proficiency with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev).
- Proven track record in implementing Generative AI solutions.
- Experience leveraging various LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to address business challenges.
