Based at our Ingleburn facility, the Program Manager NSW is key to ensuring the success of our business-critical NSW contracts, specifically the Mobile Speed Camera (MSC) Program and the Mobile Phone Seatbelt Detection Camera (MPSDC) Program. This involves cultivating strong internal and external relationships to manage all facets of the program operations, from the tender process to reporting, governance and communication to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the General Manager Australasia, the Program Manager will leverage their strong communication skills and demonstrated experience in leading government projects along with subcontractors to drive organic growth and secure contract extensions. Success in this role will be measured by exceeding targets for service delivery, financial performance, and safety, along with a demonstrated sense of accomplishment. The Program Manager will proactively identify risks and opportunities for service enhancement, expertly developing and implementing project plans and strategies to optimise processes, systems and utilisation of resources. The Program Manager supported by the Internal Sales and Program Support Specialist thrives on working with significant autonomy in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and is able to think on their feet to solve challenges and maximise opportunities on a daily basis.

Knowledge and Key Attributes
- Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills
- Proven knowledge of policy, process, and governance in a shared service environment
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong project management leadership skills
- Ability to generate reports with valuable insights whilst having respect for data integrity and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in delivering projects on time and within budget
- Commitment to WHS and continuous improvement
- A degree qualification relating to a technical field (Engineering/Project Management) or relevant experience
- Key knowledge and experience in partnering with Government stakeholders by building relationships and rapport to enable the continuous delivery, improvement, and agility to move with changing requirements.
- Experience working/leading on a range of different technical projects within the Australian market .
- Experience in contract management either in mining, labour hire, security or customer service-related streams to be able to work with subcontractors that have Tier 1 and Tier 2 governance structures for delivery of daily operations is highly desirable
