Our Opportunity
The Insight & Design team is a collective of passionate designers, strategists, and problem-solvers who live and breathe design. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Services Manager who shares our passion, our commitment to excellence, and our unwavering belief in the power of design to influence, inspire, and impact.
Reporting to the Head of Insight and Design, this role enables client confidence through the provision of technical service management expertise and thought leadership, maximising the outcomes appropriate for the project.
You will work closely with the business and clients during pre-construction and the early stages of engagement across all services. Working collaboratively and with diplomacy, you will use your demonstrated consulting skills to contribute to providing solution efficiencies, alternative solutions, and financial certainty. Your experience in building services management solutions will span across all services, including Fire, Hydraulic, Mechanical and Electrical and Australian Standards, Green Star and NABERS.
About You
You are an experienced and qualified Mechanical or Electrical Engineer who has developed a broad knowledge of building services disciplines, both within and outside your specific field of expertise and can direct, lead and work within a multidisciplined team.
As a strategic advisor, you have developed a polished, professional consulting style that builds client confidence. You have the experience and knowledge to quickly establish yourself as a subject matter expert and as a thought leader in an environment working with highly skilled peers and client stakeholders.
You thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment and can manage multiple projects, essential to providing support for the project teams to enable time, financial and quality goals to be achieved.
You are experienced in project documentation and can create construction sequences and methodologies. You can align cost with design aspiration, finding opportunities to provide clients with the best possible outcome within their budget.
You can effectively review bid proposals and project profiles and provide technical and/or strategic feedback for tender bids.
