On the Same Page Consulting is growing and we need an organised, pro-active, detail-oriented person who is a great listener and note taker and (preferably) experienced with government recruitment processes, especially in the NT. This is a work-from-home role based in the Northern Territory but will require some on-site meetings.

We do everything from business planning for small start-ups to recruitment for senior NT government department roles. Our small, collaborative team needs people who can fit into our dynamic way of working, learn new systems and processes quickly and handle the demands of independently managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.  

Who we are looking for someone who has: 

• proven experience and knowledge working in industry, not for profit, business or government environments 
• a good understanding of government recruitment processes 
• excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• strong attention to detail 
• ability to work independently 
• excellent time management skills and the ability to meet very tight deadlines.

We are offering competitive salary (negotiable depending on experience) based on Clerks - Private Sector Award 2020
