The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst who can successfully articulate and document business requirements and solutions within an agile project environment. They are responsible for the collection, interpretation and examination of information or data, and contributing to the work areas reports, findings, decision making or recommendations using an evidence-based approach.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders to identify business needs, facilitate decision points, and design and deliver solutions.
- Utilise appropriate modelling and mapping techniques to develop solution requirements.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support change management, stakeholder communication, and business readiness activities.
- Proven experience in business analysis, including developing solutions utilising effective process improvement, design, and process mapping.
- Strong data requirements gathering skills.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively to build and sustain relationships with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and levels of seniority.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
- Proven ability to work within an agile team environment.
- Experience managing technical teams within a business environment.
