- You will be responsible for the handling of all incoming telephone, reception and emails enquiries, screening, directing and delivering messages.
- Welcome and assist visitors to the office and help to log in their presence through the online system.
- Ensure all incoming email is distributed in a timely manner.
- In conjunction with Executive Assistants, you will provide support in managing centralised calendars for CSO.
- Coordinate with external contractors with regards to what work is being carried out for what department.
- Coordinate all Zoo bookings, providing all relevant information to staff members.
- Be responsible for ordering and maintaining appropriate level of stationary for Central Support Office.
- Use relevant RAAFA systems to create Purchase Orders for necessary P&C expenses.
- Lead event coordination for Central Support Office, coordinate various departments and costing and arranging annual and ad hoc events.
- Perform various administrative duties as required, such as updating systems and records, scanning and filing documents.
- Assist in honouring our people with creation of Service Recognition certificates and awards, in conjunction with sites and managers.
- Previous experience in HR and/or L&D Administrative role (desirable).
- Have high attention to detail, effective and clear, verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.
- Excellent customer service and professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong organisational and time coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment to meet organisational objectives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good sense of humour goes a long way at RAAFA!

- Satisfactory National Police Certificate (on commencement of employment to be within six months from date of issue) or willing to obtain one;
