THE ROLE

  • Lead and supervise the Concierge team, ensuring operational excellence and luxury service.
  • Provide personalized guest service, acting as a trusted local expert.
  • Assist with luggage handling, room escorting, and delivery of VIP amenities.
  • Promote and facilitate guest sign-ups for ALL Accor loyalty and Panthers Club membership.
  • Serve as the connection point between the Hotel, WSCC, and Panthers Precinct.
  • Ensure smooth guest transportation and logistics, including airport transfers.
  • Maintain front and back-office systems, ensure procedural compliance, and contribute to operational efficiency.
  • Support WH&S policies, staff inductions, and uphold hotel safety and service standards.
  • Drive team communication, training, and a culture of excellence aligned with the Heartist Philosophy

THE CRITERIA

  • Previous experience in a Concierge or front office leadership role within a luxury hotel.
  • Strong local area knowledge (Penrith and Western Sydney).
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team.
  • Professional presentation and outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • High level of guest service focus, especially for VIP and high-profile guests.
  • Proficiency in hotel systems, guest services, and operations management.
  • Commitment to WH&S, confidentiality, and adherence to Accor brand standards.
  • Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and public holidays.
