- Assist with luggage handling, valet parking, escorting guests to rooms and the WSCC.
- Deliver VIP amenities, respond to guest requests, and support concierge services such as booking tours or transport.
- Actively promote and assist with sign-ups for ALL Accor and Panthers Club memberships.
- Ensure the lobby and entrance area are clean, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
- Perform daily tasks including mail runs, parcel handling, and room showings.
- Report and help resolve guest complaints or issues, escalating as needed.
- Contribute to a collaborative and positive work culture through team briefings and peer support.
- Previous guest service experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role preferred.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong local knowledge of Penrith and Western Sydney (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to safely perform manual handling tasks (e.g., luggage, valet parking).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Awareness of and commitment to WH&S, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and pride in presentation and cleanliness.
- Eagerness to learn, contribute to the team, and provide exceptional guest experiences.
