- M eticulous with details, ensuring accuracy in every task
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Skilled at building relationships, across teams and with stakeholders
- Confident and knowledgeable, with a solid grasp of accounting principles and practices
As a key member of our accounting team, you will:
- P repare supporting documentation and create journal entries for routine business transactions (e.g., prepayments, accruals, reclasses)
- Process stock transfers and generate financial-only invoices and credit notes
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheet reconciliations
- Perform variance analysis on the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements
- Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support tax calculations, entries, and schedules for timely filing
- Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting
- Assist with interim and year-end audits by providing required documentation
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as needed
- Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned
