As a Commercial/Rural Valuer you will be working from home, undertaking a broad range of mainly desktop non-specialised commercial valuations and potentially rural valuations. You will have the opportunity to work via virtual methods utilising an industry leading valuation platform. Additionally, you will build relationships with colleagues to share relevant property insights.

NAB Valuations is NAB’s own in-house valuation firm accountable for delivering an end-to-end valuations process, with a particular focus in making it simple for our people and customers. You will be supported by a dedicated collaborative team to support your personal development and career goals.
The team are located throughout Australia and this role is non-location specific.

- Recognition as a Certified Practising Valuer with the Australian Property Institute (API)
- Some experience with commercial valuations
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated positivity and ability in working in a team and individually
- Proven technology skills and adaptability
- Organisational skills, self-driven
- An open mind set
- Must have and continue to have a valid driver's licence
