About the opportunity

Are you passionate about people, processes, and promoting a positive work environment? We’re looking for a dedicated People and Capability Coordinator to join our team and provide crucial support across key human resources functions — with a strong focus on workers’ compensation, injury management, and employee wellbeing.


In this highly collaborative role, you will:

  • Provide administrative support across recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, and performance reviews.
  • Manage the P&C mailbox, answering queries and offering general HR support to our employees.
  • Ensure timely and compliant processing of workers’ compensation claims, from documentation and assessment to insurer liaison.
  • Coordinate return-to-work plans, working closely with employees, leaders, and medical providers.
  • Help uphold compliance with HR, WHS, and employment legislation.
  • Generate reports on HR metrics and injury trends to support data-driven decisions.


About you!


  • Return to Work Coordinator certification or equivalent (essential)
  • Experience in injury management, return-to-work coordination, or claims case management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence navigating HR and L&D systems


You’ll partner with a wide range of stakeholders including:

  • Internal: Payroll, People Leaders, EHS/WHS, Finance
  • External: Insurers, rehabilitation providers, and insurance brokers
