About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic healthcare setting? Grampians Health is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Specialist Clinics Administration Team, where compassionate, respectful, and high-quality service is at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting patients and ensuring accurate data entry- . Providing medical reception, administration, and general support as delegated
- . Delivering excellent customer service to patients, carers, co-workers, clinical teams, and stakeholders

Key Selection Criteria
Previous experience in providing excellent customer service; incorporating experience with a patient management software system, and strong keyboarding skills-
Highly developed administrative and organisational skills including an ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritising own workload and working within tight time frames and demonstrating excellent attention to detail within a team environment

Desirable Attributes:
Certificate in Medical Terminolog- y Certificate IV in Business Administration or higher
