The SDR Manager plays a critical role in leading an offshore Sales Development Representative (SDR) team based in Manila, reporting directly to the Director of Lead Generation and Customer Lifecycle. The role is focused on driving performance through lead qualification and appointment setting to build a strong sales pipeline for Mid Market, Enterprise, and Optus Business Centres. A key priority is coaching, mentoring, and managing the daily operations of the SDR team to ensure they meet KPIs and contribute effectively to business growth.

Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Digital, and Sales Enablement teams, the SDR Manager will ensure alignment of SDR strategies with broader business objectives. This includes optimising processes, refining outreach strategies, and implementing performance improvements. The SDR Manager will also play a pivotal role in encouraging a high-performance culture, embedding best practices, and ensuring the SDR team remains a key driver of sales success.

Lead, coach, and manage an offshore SDR team in Manila to drive qualified appointment setting and pipeline development for Mid Market, Enterprise, and Optus Business Centres.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance SDR performance through best practice training in lead qualification, prospecting, and appointment setting.

Track and review SDR performance against KPIs, providing ongoing feedback, training, and performance management to support consistent results.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Digital, and Sales Enablement to align tools and strategies for effective lead generation.

Drive process optimisation and workflow improvements to boost team productivity and lead quality, including automation where appropriate.

Maintain a positive, high-performing team culture while keeping senior leadership updated on progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Relevant professional qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

Demonstrated ability in managing high-performing SDR teams, with proven success in B2B sales or lead generation, ideally within telecommunications or technology industries.

Strong expertise in CRM systems, sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesloft, Gong), and customer journey optimisation.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, analyse performance data, and implement strategies that drive pipeline growth and sales targets.

Skilled in mentoring SDR teams, managing performance, and driving continuous improvement, particularly in offshore or remote team environments.

Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with a results-driven and highly organised approach.
