The Company

Forum Recruitment are proud to partner with a property developer and owner, who are recognised globally for their premium award-winning assets. We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to joing their Melbourne team.

The Position

As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the management and performance of their retail customers within a commercial business precinct.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage day-to-day communications and stakeholder engagement
  • Develop and execute retailer engagement strategy and plans
  • Support individual retailer's needs through a tailored approach
  • Manage and report annual sales forecasting, quarterly reviews, sales performance, occupancy cost, and assist with financial budgets.

Key criteria:

  • Experience managing a retail asset or portfolio.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Retail Leases Act (VIC)
  • Exceptional communication, develop effective partnerships and stakeholder management
  • High level of conceptual thinking, creativity and analysis
  • Work in a collaborative team-focused environment
