We are seeking an experienced, innovative Submissions / Bid Coordinator to provide specialist skills in the preparation, coordination and management of proposals, including responses to EOIs and RFTs.

We are seeking an experienced, innovative Submissions / Bid Coordinator to provide specialist skills in the preparation, coordination and management of proposals, including responses to EOIs and RFTs.
The Role
- Prepare and manage small to large submissions, working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the development of professional and innovative content, including contributing to the articulation of winning themes and differentiators.
- Contribute to best practice submission process, utilising management tools to produce documentation that compelling and compliant.
- Prepare non-technical content for submissions including company information, management system details, certifications, and insurances.
- Prepare new graphic layouts for submissions, including organisation charts, infographics and PowerPoint presentations.
- Develop and maintain the bid knowledge library including photo library, project experience and CV’s, including drafting and editing of project experience write ups.
- Coordinate the production of industry/individual awards and proposals in conjunction with the marketing team.
- 3-5 years’ experience in the management of a proposal and submissions portfolio.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of organisation, including the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Experience with the Adobe Creative suite is favourable.
