The Role:

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to jump on board in a full-time, permanent position based in our Sydney Support Office.

The successful candidate will play a key role in proactively assessing, developing and implementing solutions across multiple core business systems to meet current and future business needs.


What You’ll Do:

Conduct research and engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, user stories, and other required documentation.

Create business requirements documents, change requests, and business cases to support business needs.

Ensure systems, solutions, and processes conform to all regulatory and business policy requirements.

Manage the development life cycle by collaborating with developers, stakeholders, and business users for UAT and production go-live.

Oversee the delivery, operations, and support for all common business systems.


To thrive in this position, you'll need:

Previous exposure to retail highly regarded

Exposure to ERP applications (Microsoft Business Central and SAP exposure preferable)

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills

Experience identifying, gathering, and documenting business requirements

Experience assessing options for process improvement

Ability to liaise between various business departments and groups

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Ability to develop business process maps

Experience in end-to-end systems testing

Ability to lead and manage detailed analysis work independently
