What's on offer?
We're looking for a Finance Graduate to start their career journey in our Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services business stream based here in Adelaide.
Working with all levels of management, as a Finance Graduate you will see the big-picture behind the numbers, by being exposed to a wide range of accounting functions, including commercial analysis, management accounting, financial reporting, job costings, month-end processes, budgeting and internal auditing.
As a Graduate, you will be exposed to our Career Development Framework (CDF) that maps out the skills, experience, and competencies you need to progress from beyond a graduate role and receive regular personal development sessions to enhance your professional growth. We will support you with your professional development, practical experience and mentoring towards a CA or CPA qualification as well!
By joining our team, you will help us construct and maintain the transport infrastructure that connects and enhances the lives of communities across Australia. Delivering these exciting projects is no small task, but the legacy they leave is long lasting and tangible.
To be successful you will have:
- A relevant tertiary degree completed within the last two years.
- Practical decision-making skills coupled with well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- A hands-on approach to getting things done in a safe manner and as part of a team.
- Passion, enthusiasm, resilience, and drive.
- Flexibility to travel.
