Current Opportunities:
- Program & Project Managers
Candidates with Defence program delivery experience and strong understanding of the Defence Capability Life Cycle and Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
- Engineering Specialists
Seeking candidates with qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or Naval Architecture to support Defence capability acquisition and sustainment projects.
- Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Specialists
Looking for professionals with experience in ILS strategy development, Defence logistics frameworks (MILIS, AMPS), and sustainment programs.
- Project Support Officers & Project Schedulers
We are looking for experienced professionals to support planning and execution of Defence and industry projects. A background in project coordination, scheduling, or maintenance planning—especially in Defence, maritime, or complex asset environments—is highly regarded.
Key Requirements
- Australian Citizenship (mandatory for all positions due to security clearance requirements)
- Ability to hold or maintain NV1 Security Clearance (minimum)
- Relevant qualifications and experience aligned with the role
- Prior Defence, government, or industry project exposure
- Eligibility to access information subject to ITAR regulations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
