Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover, analyse and document requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
  • Contribute to cloud migration planning and execution, including cloud-first application design, application re-architecture, and integration design for cloud-based data and application services.
  • Translate requirements into Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops, design discussions and sprint ceremonies to support delivery teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and model current and future state systems and processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide support during testing activities, including BA, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Monitor solution performance and metrics to assess business value and success.
  • Proactively identify and address issues, risks, and opportunities during project delivery.

What we’re looking for

A keen and experienced hands-on technical business analyst with a mix of technical talent and collaboration skills. Additionally, you will have: -

  • Experience with agile development technologies, methodologies and practices.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to cloud migration initiatives, including cloud-first application design, application re-architecture, and integration design for cloud-based data and application services.
  • Familiarity with modern cloud platforms, services, and DevOps methodologies, with the ability to support the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud solutions.
  • An innovative, analytical solutions focused problem-solver with a high attention to detail.
  • Ideally experience in a Technical BA role in the Financial Sector
  • Technical proficient across all stages of the SDLC including Estimation, Application Deployment Platforms, Documentation (Spec, Use Case Diagrams, User Stories), Release Management and Testing.
  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven experience translating technical and business requirements into deliverables.
