City: Mount Waverley, Victoria
Contract type: Full time

Are you a strategic communicator with a flair for storytelling and a sharp eye for detail? We're looking for a Senior Communications Coordinator to craft and deliver high-impact internal and external communication strategies that support our mission, brand, and business goals.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice of a leading organisation in a regulated industry—enhancing employee engagement, supporting stakeholder relationships, and building public trust through meaningful, clear, and inclusive communication.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the Voice Within: Develop engaging internal communications across newsletters, intranet, and employee campaigns that inspire connection, alignment, and purpose.
  • Be the Face Outward: Lead the development of media releases, customer communications, and digital content that reflect our brand and values.
  • Create Impact: Lead the production of our Annual Report and other key corporate publications—turning complex, technical data into compelling, reader-friendly stories.
  • Champion Change: Support our Reconciliation Action Plan and DEI initiatives through culturally respectful communication that fosters genuine engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with executives, HR, operations, and ESG teams to deliver communications that support strategic priorities and change initiatives.

About you!

  • Demonstrated experience in communications—ideally in healthcare, pharma, or other regulated industries.
  • A natural storyteller with exceptional writing, editing, and content development skills.
  • Proven experience managing complex publications and corporate reports.
  • Confidence in navigating high-stakes communications in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong cultural awareness and understanding of reconciliation principles.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in ASX-listed organisations or investor relations.
  • Background in media relations, ESG reporting, or social responsibility communications.
  • Familiarity with CMS, digital tools, and accessible content standards.
