Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Build a strong understanding of broker businesses to identify product and service opportunities aligned with our home lending offerings.
- Support low-value mortgage brokers in achieving lending targets and driving broker activation to support overall portfolio growth.
- Conduct regular, planned sales calls with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Accurately capture all sales activity in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Manage and strengthen stakeholder relationships to deliver a competitive, high-quality service experience to broker businesses.
- Provide guidance on lending scenarios and structure to your broker panel, responding promptly to queries on products, policies, and processes.
- Act as an education source for low-value or new-to-industry brokers, focusing on pipeline management and improving submission quality.
- Banking and/or lending experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a customer portfolio.
- Proven success in account management, ideally within a B2B environment and preferably Third Party experience.
