We are seeking a talented Salesforce Business Analyst to join this utilities organisation to help drive the successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions across the enterprise.

This role is ideal for a proactive and strategic thinker with strong business analysis skills and a passion for delivering impactful customer-led technology and digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end business analysis process on Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements using tools such as Jira.
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with project scope, business objectives, and strategic goals.
  • Identify business problems and provide recommendations for solutions that drive value.
  • Contribute to the shaping of project ideas, vision, and scope.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to understand pain points and drive meaningful change.

Key Skills

  • Proven experience in Salesforce delivery projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and effective communication.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, elicitation, and documentation-preferably using Jira.
  • Experience writing clear and concise user stories in a software development environment.
  • Ability to think strategically and operate across the full project lifecycle.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to challenge the status quo and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Prior experience in the utilities sector(highly regarded)
