This role is for an initial 6-month contract, based in Brisbane’s bayside and eastern suburbs. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic finance team during a period of high-volume processing and systems transition.

As the Senior Accounts Payable Officer, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end accounts payable operations across multiple entities. Your ability to work accurately and independently, alongside strong systems knowledge with D365, will see you succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process high volumes of invoices across multiple entities using D365
- Perform complex supplier reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Manage the AP inbox and respond to supplier queries
- Ensure timely payment runs and adherence to payment terms
- Identify and resolve issues within the AP process and suggest improvements
- 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience in high-volume, multi-entity environments
- Strong working knowledge of D365 and Excel – essential
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to identify problems and implement practical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
