Due to a new business win, we’re currently seeking a personable Performance Partnerships Executive to join our Affiliates team.

YOUR TEAM
We are a tight knit team of six and have built a very supportive culture. We have a collaborative approach to getting our work done and ensuring that the work is evenly distributed across the team so no team member is overloaded.
We have found a great balance of embracing flexible working whilst also maintaining in-office collaboration with most teams meeting in the office 2-3 days per week. This team tend to be in the office Monday-Wednesday.
YOUR ROLE
Location: Sydney
This role will specifically be focused on Impact (tracking solution), however there is potential to get across other platforms in the future.

YOUR ROLE

You’ll also be involved with;
- Collaborating closely with Affiliate partners to book activity.
- Managing the backend set up of new promotions/campaigns.
- Assisting the team with reporting and invoicing.
- Eager to learn and grow.
- General sense of curiosity – a desire to understand how things work.
- We need to extract as much value as we can for our clients, so you aren’t afraid to push back or ask for more.
- You thrive in a team environment.
- Great communication skills – this is crucial as we act as the conduit between partners and clients, so we need to be able to clearly communicate to our clients.
- You have a strong, personable approach to build strong client relationships. A core part of the role is fostering both client and partner relationships.
- Great attention to detail – you’ll assist with the finance and invoicing processes so having strong attention to detail is critical.
- A background in digital marketing is ideal.
