Work Instruction Administrator

AssetOn, part of the COSOL Group, is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance planning services for Australia's mining and resources sector.

We specialise in supporting operational success through reliable planning, scheduling, and systems-based solutions.

Due to continued demand across Queensland, the Northern Territory, and New South Wales, AssetOn is seeking a Work Instruction Developer for a short term Project in our Brisbane office.

Key Responsibilities

• Review R&I procedures in CAT SIS
• Copy content into OnPlan, with light editing and formatting as required
• Ensure clear and accurate representation of steps for field personnel
• Follow structured processes to maintain consistency across WINs
  
  

Skills & experience:

• Mechanically inclined – comfortable reading and understanding equipment disassembly and reassembly steps (Mechanic/ Fitter ect by trade)
• Some experience or familiarity with CAT 7495 or other rope shovels is highly desirable
• Tech-savvy – confident using systems like OnPlan or similar platforms
• High attention to detail and process-driven mindset
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines
  
  

Additional information:

• Short term project 2-3 weeks worth of work
• $55 per hour, casual
• Monday - Friday during assignment
• Brisbane CBD office location, close to public transport
• Commence asap for the right candidate
