About The Role
As an APS6 Administrative Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the negotiations team. About The Role
As an APS6 Administrative Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the negotiations team. Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings, managing action items, and preparing presentations. This role is integral to ensuring the success of Whole of Government Single-Seller Arrangements (SSA) negotiations, which aim to deliver value for money to the Commonwealth.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders across government agencies.
- Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and distribute them promptly.
- Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in drafting and preparing presentations for meetings and events.
- Manage and maintain registers, including risk, decisions, and issues.
- Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence and records.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with senior executives.
- Proven experience in scheduling, minute-taking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to personal and professional growth, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications in administration, business, or a related field (desirable).
- Work Rights: Only Australian citizens can be considered for this role.

- Security Clearance: Baseline clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain).
