Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Build project implementation plans, including risk mitigation strategies
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget with agility
- Lead client communications and stakeholder engagement, ensuring satisfaction
- Develop and lead high-performing, motivated project teams
- Continuously improve delivery processes and project management practices
This role is suited to someone with the following:
- Proven experience managing software implementation projects (Salesforce or MuleSoft experience is a strong advantage)
- Experience delivering both Agile and Waterfall projects across the full project lifecycle
- Expertise in project planning, risk management, and change management
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
- Practical understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, or Scrum Master
