About SeenCulture
We’re an early-stage startup with a mission to shine a light on untapped potential, in service of a greater vision, to create a world where everyone feels seen. We do this through human-centered feedback, perception profiling, and team analytics. Think Moneyball for work teams. We’ve launched, signed paying customers, built a strong brand, and are VC-backed.
I'm looking for a brave builder to be my complementary counterpart: to lead product development, while I lead business development. Someone who vibes with our vision and values, and thrives in a startup team. Someone that our team can depend on and trust to help us take SeenCulture to the next level.
We’ve got strong momentum.
The product is showing early virality signals.
Top users are sending 60 invites from day one on SeenCulture.
Both within and outside of their companies. It’s WILD.
We have a huge opportunity to double down on this flywheel.
This is where YOU come in.
The Role
This isn’t just a tech role—it’s a founding seat at the table.
You’ll help shape the product direction of a purpose-driven company, lead product development and delivery, and build tools that genuinely change how people are recognised and grown in the workplace. You'll wear many hats across product, engineering, design, and customer experience to deliver thoughtful, inclusive, and effective product outcomes.
It won't be easy, but for the right person it will be incredibly fulfilling.
A product mindset is non-negotiable. Ideally you can code. You can definitely build with AI. If you can't code, you've got to be able to collaborate closely with engineers and manage them.
What You’ll Be Doing
You might come from engineering, product, or startup leadership—but what matters most is that you:
Nice-to-Have (Not Need-to-Have):
We’re building SeenCulture to uncover and grow potential in everyone—and that starts with our team. We strongly encourage applications from people who are underrepresented in tech, including women, people of colour, LGBTQIA+ folks, migrants, neurodivergent individuals, and people with disabilities. We’re open to flexible working arrangements, neuro-inclusive practices, and making this role work for the right person.
How To Apply
Email [email protected] with the subject line "CPO/CTO Application" and it will come directly to me, Nikki Tugano. Using your own words (i.e. not ChatGPT's) tell me what draws you to SeenCulture and this opportunity.
