In this role you will be delivering a range of coaching and counselling support to help individuals to manage their work, health, and life journey. Using a client-centre model of care and brief therapy you will deliver clinically validated support across a wide range of issues.

What We Need From You

  • Qualifications in Psychology, Social Work or Counselling with current registration
  • Brief therapy solution-focused intervention skills
  • Critical incident experience is desirable, as is experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, and workplace behaviour coaching
  • The ability to identify workplace issues and communicate these appropriately with the relevant stakeholders
  • Ability to identify opportunities for upselling and on selling EAP services to organisational customers
