Your Team
The Digital and Customer Experience team is part of CFS's Customer Office which is accountable for enabling our customer engagement and digital platforms to provide relevant personalised omni-channel communications to our customers. Our team is dedicated to creating innovative and personalized website experiences across www.cfs.com.au and other key digital assets, ensuring that every interaction is seamless, impactful, and memorable
You will lead the development and optimisation of customer engagement and personalisation capabilities across Adobe Experience Cloud platforms, including Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). You will be responsible for enabling omni-channel, data-driven marketing experiences that drive member engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Adobe-based customer engagement and personalisation capabilities.
- Translate business goals into platform features and backlog items, prioritising based on value and feasibility.
- Partner with Martech, Data, Digital, and IT teams to ensure platform scalability, performance, and compliance.
- Partner with Customer Engagement teams to design and deliver real-time personalisation use cases across web, mobile, email, and app channels (push, in-app messaging).
- Oversee the implementation of segmentation, targeting, and journey orchestration strategies using AJO and AEP.
- Drive the integration of behavioural and transactional data into Adobe platforms to enable unified customer profiles.
- Collaborate with campaign teams to enable personalised, trigger-based communications.
Your Capability and Experience
- Extensive experience in marketing technology or digital product ownership
- Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud (AJO, AEP, CJA, CDP) or similar marketing technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms, segmentation, and omni-channel orchestration.
- Exceptional Project management skills with the ability to lead, develop and provide clear direction, prioritisation and planning
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional squads.
