- Leading strategic property reviews, site searches and lease negotiations
- Advising on portfolio planning, workplace needs and change management
- Overseeing financial modelling, scenario analysis and key reporting
- Managing senior client relationships and cross-functional project teams
- Driving new business opportunities and mentoring junior team members
You're a senior commercial property professional who thinks beyond the transaction. You'll bring:
- 8+ years' experience in occupier advisory, tenant representation, or workplace strategy
- Deep market knowledge across commercial office leasing (multi-city experience preferred)
- Proven leadership in client strategy, deal negotiation, and team coordination
- Excellent communication skills with a presence at board and executive level
- A self-starter mindset with a collaborative, low-ego approach to work
- Strategic leadership role within a growing firm
