Digital Sales Analyst – Personalisation - 9 Month Fixed Term

As a Digital Sales Analyst you will analyse data to identify actionable insights to improve digital sales funnel performance and conversion through Personalisation. You’ll collaborate effectively with Digital Sales & other Enterprise team members to investigate, identify and implement improvements to NAB’s Digital Channels that drive sales outcomes and improve customer experiences.

In the role of Analyst Digital Sales, you will join Grant Honey and the Digital Sales team that’s doubling down on customer obsession/moving with speed/keeping it simple/owning it/winning together.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Deliver segmentation / conversion rate optimisation (CRO) analysis and insights to drive Digital Sales growth and funnel conversion
  • Develop & share insights and performance reporting of the Digital Sales Personalisation program with relevant teams and stakeholders to influence and improve sales performance
  • Design and build analytics dashboards to track program and use-case performance
  • Collaborate and contribute to ideas identification/generation, prioritisation, shaping & delivery of the Digital Sales Personalisation program
  • Contribute to developing and enhancing team processes, knowledge artefacts, performance/initiative tracking and stakeholder presentations/communications

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Experience articulating business strategy to achieve intended outcomes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to autonomously drive outcomes and strong problem solving skills
  • Proven experience working in an analytics/insights capacity (ideally in Digital space)
  • Experience working with digital analytics tool with Adobe suite (Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager) and customer experiences tool (Contentsquare / Hotjar etc) highly desirable
