Technical Analyst

Launch is seeking a skilled Technical Analyst for a large consultancy supporting a client in the financial services space. This is an initial 6 month contract.

You will design new services and interfaces, troubleshoot integration challenges, and collaborate across business and technology teams. Your work will directly impact key projects across our client’s lending portfolio and help drive innovation in customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing new systems, services, and interfaces that align with business objectives and technical requirements
• Troubleshooting technical issues in collaboration with testers, vendors, and interface partners
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, including Journey Experts, IT teams, and external vendors
• Creating and managing technical design artefacts such as requirement documents, flow diagrams, and data maps
• Conducting detailed requirement analysis to support effective delivery by testers and implementation partners
  
  

Key Requirements

• Experience in systems analysis, integration, and troubleshooting, ideally across workflow or lending platforms
• Strong knowledge of APIs, SOAP web services, and modern integration techniques
• Hands-on experience working with UI-interactive systems and user-focused platforms
• Background in lending systems such as Lend Fast or PEGA (highly desirable)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Awareness of security standards and ability to liaise with cybersecurity partners when reviewing solutions
