What You Will Be Doing
Your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, internal productivity, and the overall scalability of our operational backbone. As the Procedures Analyst, you focus on operational excellence with several key responsibilities:
- Analyse existing organisational systems and procedures to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline business operations and enhance workflow.
- Create process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customer lifecycle and internal support functions.
- Consult with stakeholders across sales, operations, and tech to understand pain points and design data-informed improvements.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative evaluations of internal systems to support business decision-making.
- Prepare internal documentation and reports, including business cases for operational enhancements.
- Track and report on key operational metrics to leadership for ongoing optimisation.
- Support system transitions and implementations (e.g. CRM upgrades, automation tools)
- Degree-qualified with a solid foundation in business and management principles, complemented by postgraduate studies emphasizing strategic operations.
- Experience spanning sales and customer operations, contributing to both revenue growth and process improvements within dynamic work environments.
- Comfortable navigating fast-paced settings, with a track record of supporting cross-functional teams and streamlining workflows.
- Skilled communicator who builds effective relationships across departments to facilitate change and enhance operational outcomes.
- Proficient in key analytical tools and project management platforms, enabling efficient tracking and execution of initiatives.
- Analytical thinker with a focus on identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing practical solutions.
- Self-driven with a continuous improvement mindset, eager to contribute to organisational effectiveness.
- Have a master’s degree or professional certifications in a related field.
- Experience or proven interest in the energy retail and/or sustainability industry
- Are tech-savvy.

- Market confirm package with base salary based on experience ($67,000 – $77,000 p/a)
