Working on behalf of MLC Asset Management, your role will centralise and automate performance reporting, and review contractual arrangements, as part of our broader aim to build and preserve relationships with our Superannuation Trustees. This role ensures we establish lasting commercial relationships with our largest clients, by providing exceptional service delivery, and in turn assists the Superannuation Trustees meet their own member expectations, maintain their competitiveness, and meet their regulatory and compliance requirements.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Foster effective working relationships with the Portfolio Managers, various internal teams, and the Trustees’ external asset consultant to support service delivery
  • Centralise performance reporting within Asset Management, automating reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce double handling errors
  • Conduct a comprehensive review of relevant contractual arrangements between the Portfolio Managers and Superannuation Trustees, and support resourcing assessment to support effective service delivery
  • Support the broader Product Team in driving required product initiatives

We’re Seeking a Motivated And Skilled Communicator With

  • Strong internal and external stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Good understanding of financial & regulatory markets
  • Asset management experience in Investment, Distribution, Strategy, or Product.
  • Good understanding of asset management market and competitor landscape, preferably in Superannuation
  • Understanding and knowledge of investment products, policy & regulations, pricing and operating environment.
