- Be part of our MLC Asset Management team
- Sydney or Melbourne location with hybrid working arrangement
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Foster effective working relationships with the Portfolio Managers, various internal teams, and the Trustees’ external asset consultant to support service delivery
- Centralise performance reporting within Asset Management, automating reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce double handling errors
- Conduct a comprehensive review of relevant contractual arrangements between the Portfolio Managers and Superannuation Trustees, and support resourcing assessment to support effective service delivery
- Support the broader Product Team in driving required product initiatives
- Strong internal and external stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Good understanding of financial & regulatory markets
- Asset management experience in Investment, Distribution, Strategy, or Product.
- Good understanding of asset management market and competitor landscape, preferably in Superannuation
- Understanding and knowledge of investment products, policy & regulations, pricing and operating environment.
