Drive a critical Enterprise Access Model (EAM) implementation for a leading Australian mining company. You will:
- Capture and assess current-state hybrid IAM configurations
- Design cloud-only access controls using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Migrate control plane accounts to Azure with zero downtime
- Implement Conditional Access, PIM, and Microsoft Graph automation
- Ensure secure, compliant access across mining operations and remote sites
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will be an Azure IAM expert with:
- 5+ years in IAM, specializing in Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD
- Microsoft Graph API (automation/reporting)
- Conditional Access & PIM policies
- Hybrid-to-cloud identity migrations
- Mining/industrial sector experience (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to translate technical requirements for security and ops teams
