With nearly a decade of investment, technical innovation and operational groundwork already laid, the organisation is now poised to expand rapidly across domestic and international markets. It is redefining sustainability in the technology, recycling, and resource sectors — and needs a leader who can channel its purpose into lasting impact.

You will shape the company’s strategic direction, accelerate market expansion, champion thought leadership in the circular economy, and cultivate a culture of excellence and inclusion across all levels. • Develop and deliver a bold growth strategy aligned with purpose and market opportunity
• Lead cross-border expansion, navigating diverse regulatory and commercial environments
• Champion policy reform, sustainability standards, and circular economy thinking
• Inspire internal innovation across recovery, design, and operations
• Drive cultural cohesion through values-led leadership and transparent communication
• Represent the organisation in media, policy forums, and strategic partnerships

Desirable experience includes:

• Sustainability, cleantech, resource recovery or industrial transformation
• Working with founder-led teams and transitioning to institutional-grade governance
• IPO or exit preparation (not essential, but beneficial)
