Our Managers are responsible for the delivery of tax and accounting compliance and assist Directors with consulting and special projects.
In a client facing and relationship driven role, our Managers are pivotal to the success of our organisation. Our managers oversee all aspects of our clients’ experience from initial contact to facilitating the delivery of services to presenting outcomes to our clients.
Managers play an integral role in developing our team members, delivering workflow on time and actively participating in the management of our firm. Client responsibilities range from; day to day business services in outsourced Financial Controller and CFO roles, managing year-end tax compliance and providing consulting services on a range of technical topics to clients.

We are looking for a Manager who has completed a degree with a major in accounting or finance and has completed their Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) qualification as part of their professional development.

We are looking for a Manager who has completed a degree with a major in accounting or finance and has completed their Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) qualification as part of their professional development.
- Applicants must be an Australian citizen or Permanent resident at the time of application;
- Have at least 4 years of relevant work experience at an Australian based accounting firm, preferably with private client, and private business services experience including Div 7a, GST/BAS and payroll experience;
- Have experience being responsible for delivering services to clients and maintaining client relationships;
- Enjoy problem solving and critical thinking as tax technical research is a key component of this role;
- Be motivated to continue your development and learning;
- Has a positive attitude and is someone who enjoys working as part of a diverse team with a broad range of clients; and
- Is a confident and adept communicator as communication is the key to success in this role.
- Delivery of Income Tax Returns, Financial Statements, workpapers, fringe benefits tax returns, activity statements and yearly tax estimates to clients;
- Provide accounting and tax solutions in a broad range of topics including Division 7a, CGT, GST/BAS issues including the margin scheme as well as tax technical topics;
- Providing solutions to clients on issues as they arise including facilitating research with junior team members and presenting technical solutions to Directors;
- Managing client relationships and working to develop long-term, meaningful relationships with clients;
- Lead training and mentoring accountants to develop their technical and soft skills; and
- Actively participate in firm administration including workflow planning, billing and implementation of process improvements.
