About The Role

Responsibilities
- Generate revenue by acquiring new SMB clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities, leveraging customer needs to drive product adoption.
- Use insights and CRM data to enhance prospecting and retention efforts.
- Present TeamViewer’s value with a consultative approach, creating compelling business cases
- Manage a robust pipeline and provide consistent, accurate forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and processes.
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Skilled in relationship management and consultative selling.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with effective presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools for accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.
- Contract location is Adelaide, Australia
