Your new opportunity

Join a Dynamic Team As Customer Insights Lead, Where You'll Lead The End-to-end Management Of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. You'll Be The “super User” Of Customer Insights, Building Customer Experiences And Guiding The Best Practice Standards, As Well As Working In An Agile Format To Shape Sprint Goals And Act As The Key Link Between Customers, Stakeholders, And Scrum Teams. Drive The Development Roadmap To Enhance Communications, Data Mobilisation, And Targeted Engagement, Delivering Real Value And a Better Experience For Members. In Addition, You Will

  • Be the owner, expert and “super user” for Dynamics 365 - Customer Insights.
  • Track campaign performance, report on results, and identify ways to improve channel use and data effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation plan for direct marketing campaigns for RAA products.
  • Define and write user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics to deliver value for the scrum team, business and members.
  • Leverage supplier and implementation partner expertise to support and inform product roadmaps.

For This Role, We’re Also Looking For

  • Ability to work in both marketing and technical spaces.
  • Demonstrated experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights highly regarded.
  • Tertiary qualifications with a degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Design, Project Management or similar is desirable.
  • Skilled in providing ongoing, timely and constructive feedback to agile teams.
  • Previous exposure to a regulated industry that is subject to compliance standards and legislative requirements is desirable.
