About the role

Step into a Business Development Representative role where your ambition, tech expertise and sales mindset will thrive!

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by acquiring new SMB clients and expanding existing accounts.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities, leveraging customer needs to drive product adoption.
• Use insights and CRM data to enhance prospecting and retention efforts.
• Present TeamViewer’s value with a consultative approach, creating compelling business cases
• Manage a robust pipeline and provide consistent, accurate forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Skilled in relationship management and consultative selling.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with effective presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools for accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.
