Epiroc's Application Specialists are the first point of contact for a selection of Epiroc's largest machine automation, guidance and telematics customers, and handle time-critical requests for support, technical information, data analytics and more
Self-motivation and a proactive mindset are keys to success in this important role

The successful applicant will have:
- A firm commitment to working safely and looking after your colleagues
- Tertiary or TAFE qualification, trade certificate or related training
- Experience with data analytics (SQL Database, Power BI)
- Advanced knowledge of IT, network and communication systems
- Commitment to providing quality customer service
- Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare comprehensive documentation
- The passion and motivation to continuously improve
