About the Opportunity Reporting to the 1:1 Marketing & Communications Manager, the Marketing Coordinator - 1:1 Marketing Communications will play an integral part in the Marketing Planning, Performance and 1:1 Communications team, providing support to the Marketing Managers & Head of Marketing Planning, Performance and 1:1 Communications on key programs of work

You will be accountable for uplifting the member experience, and growing member engagement and retention by designing and delivering connected, personalised Member engagement programs across the customer lifecycle. These programs will span member / customer onboarding, engagement, nurture, retention, member benefits, cross-sell, retention and win-back across a variety of communication channels including email, social media, direct mail, SMS and digital. Enabling our marketing activities to be personalised at scale at the enterprise-level is a key priority for the enterprise, and the team lead this work
Key responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of 1:1 marketing program, driving growth in Members and customers, and uplifting commercial and Member outcomes for RACV
• Develop optimisation solutions to journeys, communications and customer experiences, under direction of 1:1 Marketing and Communications Manager, that deliver against team, department and organisation objectives
• Monitor commercial and engagement performance of journeys / experiments / optimisations, generate and report insights on a regular cadence and drive broader internal awareness and usage of your insights
• Coordinate project and journey planning, agency briefing, internal technical team(s) briefing, journey optimisation execution and reporting.

• Degree in Marketing or an industry related qualification
• Experience in marketing / campaign coordination including through the line mediums
• Sound communication skills both verbal and written with a proven ability to translate technical information into effective and meaningful communication
• Good project management skills
• Good knowledge and application of Microsoft Office packages
• Good knowledge of SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Target and other Marketing Automation technologies preferred.
